Lori Henry State Farm is looking for a polished, detail-driven Receptionist who thrives in a professional office setting and genuinely enjoys helping people. If you take pride in staying organized, communicating clearly, and being the person everyone can rely on, this role is for you.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll shape their experience from the moment they walk through the door or call in—while also playing a key role in keeping daily operations running seamlessly behind the scenes.
About Our Growth

Our current office serves the 19444 area, and we’re excited to open a second location in 19119 in May 2026. As we expand across both locations, we’re looking for team members who want more than just a job—people who are excited about stability, development, and growing alongside a forward-moving agency.
Licensing Information
Insurance licensing is not required for this position.
However, if you’re interested in expanding your career in the future, we’re happy to support and guide you through the licensing process when you’re ready.
Role Overview
In this role, you’ll help create a welcoming, efficient, and professional environment for both customers and team members. Your organization, attention to detail, and communication skills will directly impact the customer experience and the overall success of the office.
What You’ll Do
  • Greet customers warmly—in person and over the phone—and direct them appropriately
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and internal office communication
  • Handle incoming inquiries and maintain accurate customer records
  • Support conversations with prospective and existing customers, ensuring they’re connected to the right team members
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with follow-ups as needed
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and special projects
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor
  • Previous experience in receptionist, administrative, or customer service roles preferred
  • Comfort interacting with customers and supporting basic sales-related conversations
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
